Tap In Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Tap In's facilities, services, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our facilities. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who assumes full responsibility for their conduct and safety.

3. Reservations and Cancellations

• Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person.
   
• Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour in advance to avoid charges.
   
• No-shows or late cancellations may incur a $20 fee.
   

4. Facility Usage

• Users must adhere to all posted rules and staff instructions.
   
• Only Tap In equipment or cleaned user equipment may be used.
   
• Food and beverages must be consumed in designated areas.
   

5. Conduct

• Disorderly, disruptive, or unsafe behavior is prohibited.
   
• Tap In reserves the right to refuse service or eject individuals for violations.
   
• Damages caused by negligence or misconduct will be the user's responsibility.
   

6. Assumption of Risk
Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with indoor golf activities, including but not limited to:

• Struck by golf balls or clubs.
   
• Slips, trips, or falls.
   
• Equipment malfunction.
  By participating, you assume all risks and release Tap In from liability for any injuries or damages incurred.
   

7. Alcohol Consumption

• Alcoholic beverages are available for patrons 21 years and older with valid ID.
   
• Tap In reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to anyone appearing intoxicated.
   
• Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited.
   

8. Food and Beverage

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
   
• All food and drink must be purchased on-site.
   
• Consumption is restricted to designated areas to maintain facility cleanliness and safety.
   

9. Personal Belongings

• Tap In is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
   
• Please secure your belongings and avoid bringing valuables.
   

10. Waiver and Release
By using our facilities, you agree to:

• Release Tap In, its employees, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities arising from your participation.
   
• Indemnify and hold harmless Tap In against any claims resulting from your actions or omissions.
   

11. Privacy Policy

• Personal information collected is used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
   
• We do not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
   

12. Amendments
Tap In reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
